The primary use of Personal Information we gather is to request reports for the employment by hire or contract, insurance and/or provision of credit. We may from time to time use your Personal Information for our marketing and for business purposes, such as data analysis, audits, and improving our services.

Cheeseman may disclose Personal Information to third parties in the following circumstances: (1) for pre-employment screening of drivers by Cheeseman and our third-party service providers who perform such functions and services on our behalf; (2) to comply with applicable laws, the service of legal process, or if we reasonably believe that such action is necessary to (a) comply with the law requiring such disclosure; (b) protect the rights or property of Cheeseman or its affiliated companies; (c) prevent a crime or protect national security or (d) protect the personal safety of the users or the public; and (3) in conjunction with marketing campaigns in which case your email or phone number may be shared with a third party to handle the campaign for Cheeseman. Cheeseman will not further distribute, sell, give or trade Personal Information with any third party that is not associated with employment by hire or contract, insurance or provision of credit.

In no event will Cheeseman resale or re-disclosure Personal Information contained in state motor vehicle records except as provided by law.
